January 2014 meeting schedule. All Community Board #10 meetings are held at their office, 3165 East Tremont Avenue, Bronx, NY 10461, unless otherwise stated. There are a lot of community associations who are not holding meetings till March but I will do my best to keep you updated. So far, the only associations holding meetings this month are Locust Point Civic Association, Pelham Bay Merchants Association and City Island Civic Association.
