As part of Council Member Andy King’s ongoing effort to make the annual city budget funding process as transparent and open as possible, he is inviting non-profit organizations that serve the 12th District to attend his workshop on Thursday, March 6th at 6 p.m. at the Williamsbridge NAACP Early Childhood Education Center, 680 East 219th St., Bronx.
Non-profit organizations will learn about the city’s application process for applying for discretionary funding and have any questions answered. This workshop will ensure that each group has a fair and equal chance to submit their application to the city.
