The Morris Park Community Association is a non-profit organization that has been serving the community for over 40 years. The Association is made up of volunteers dedicated to maintaining the quality of life in our community. Our members sit on the local hospital boards, Community Board 11, the 49th Precinct Council and meet regularly with our elected officials to see the needs of the community are met.
Your generosity supports: Our neighborhood patrol, our senior program, the Bronx Columbus Day Parade, exercise program and educational classes. The Morris Park Community Association also opens its doors to other organizations to use such as: The Veterans, FIAME ( Form For Italian American Educators) and Girl Scouts of America. None of this would be possible without your support.
Please help us by taking out an ad in our journal or attending our annual dinner dance or both (see the attached contract).
Our 40th Annual Dinner Dance will be held at the Marina Del Rey on Saturday, March 29, 2014. Cocktail hour will start at 7:00 p.m. followed by dinner and dancing till 1:00 a.m. Tickets are $90.00 per pe rson. Please respond ASAP with Journal Ad and Dinner Dance Tickets by March 14th
This year’s honoree will be John Musto for his dedicated service to the Morris Park Community. John is the Assistant Principal at Saint Raymond’s High School for Boys and Moderator of Sports Programs at Saint Francis Xavier School.
