Some of the forefathers of hip hop music and culture will be honored with City Council proclamations at City Hall tomorrow, according to an advisory sent by West Bronx Councilman Fernando Cabrera, who will make the presentations. The honorees, most of whom are native Bronxites, include Afrika Bambaata, Kurtis Blow, Grandmaster Melle Mel, photographer Joe Conzo, Grand Wizard Theodore, Cutman LG, Rocky Bucano, Grandmaster Caz and Jorge Fable Pabon, and Pete DJ Jone.
