At the 49th Precinct’s 26th Annual Fellowship Conference at Maestro’s on Wednesday morning, Chris Traumer, formerly the Youth Officer and leader of the Explorers program at the precinct, was awarded the Citizen Appreciation Award. “I would not have been able to do it without out all the support of the 49th Precinct personnel past and present, role models like Sgt. Bruen, the community, the explorers and my family,” said Traumer. “Congratulations to all the other awardee’s also.”
