to go to the Bronx Rent Guidelines Board (RGB) Hearing,
and Fight against ANY raising of our rent.
Your transportation costs will be fully paid for by B-PECA!
Meet by the Bank of America, at the train steps.
If you can not meet us at 4pm at Allerton & White Plains,

between 5:00 & 8:00pm.
The Bronx RGB Hearing starts at 5pm and takes place at the
Repertory Theater of Hostos Community College,
Building C-East Academia Complex, 450 Grand Concourse. (More info on flyer attached)
Take the 2 Train to 149th Street Grand Concourse.
