EUGENE DONNELLY Officer Donnelly of the NYPD is charged with Assault in the 3rd Degree, Criminal Trespass in the 2nd Degree, and Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree stemming from a June 11, 2014 incident. Donnelly is accused of breaking into a woman’s Woodlawn apartment in the wee hours following drinking in celebration of his receipt of the Police Combat Cross.  He is accused of throwing the frightened resident to the floor and repeatedly pummeling her about the head.

SEAN DAVIS Davis pled guilty to Manslaughter in the 1st Degree in the 2011 shooting death of David Clarke, following a fist fight with him.  The victim had not only been out of prison for less than a year following a wrongful murder conviction, he had also had a scholarship to attend the college of his choice.
