Starting at 10:30am, join Community Action for Safe Apartments “CASA”,
community-based organizations,
and our State Senators, Assembly Members and City Council Members,
for a rally to call for Stronger Rent Laws for NY’s Two Million Rent-Stabilzed Tenants!
Meet at the New Settlement Community Center amphitheater,
located at 1501 Jerome Avenue, at the corner of 172nd Street at 10:30am.
Take the 4 or D Train to 170th Street.
The New York State Rent Laws must be renewed by June of 2015.
The Rent Laws must not only be renewed, but STRENGHTENED!
LET’S MAKE 2015 THE YEAR OF TENANT.
