MICHAEL FERGUSON Ferguson is to be sentenced for Attempted Rape in the 1st Degree and Sexual Abuse in the 1st Degree, for a 1993 incident in Parkchester during which he accosted a Fordham University student.  In 1994, the defendant failed to appear in court, evading capture for 20 years. Found when the outstanding warrant popped up when he applied for a license in North Carolina last fall, he was returned to the Bronx and found guilty at a jury trial.
