JOEY SCOTT | Scott is charged with one count of 1st Degree Manslaughter and three counts of 2nd Degree Assault for the June 2012 death of 65-year-old school bus driver Juan Delvalle. Scott is accused of punching Delvalle with closed fists following an argument over a minor fender-bender. During the altercation, Devalle fell, hitting his head on the pavement, resulting in his loss of consciousness. Critically injured, Devalle was placed on life support and eventually succumbed to his injuries. |

He is accused of pulling a gun on the cab driver, shooting him in the shoulder. As the driver exited the vehicle, he is also accused of firing several more rounds, striking the victim in his abdomen. |
