Business and Administrative Coordinator

DESCRIPTION

City Limits, an award-winning nonprofit investigative policy news website, is seeking a detail-oriented, hyper-organized self-starter to play a key part on our team.

The Business and Administrative Coordinator will provide high-level support to our editorial, advertising and fundraising operations, including tracking and preparing reports to foundations, maintenance of donor databases, troubleshooting delivery of banner and job ads, booking payables and receivables via quickbooks, supporting marketing operations and managing office functions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in business operations, Quickbooks, Excel, and Google spreadsheets; demonstrate an ability to manage multiple tasks from start to finish; be eager to learn new systems quickly and radiate integrity and professionalism.

This is a full-time post . Salary is $40,000 plus benefits.
