He is accused of pulling a gun on the cab driver, shooting him in the shoulder. As the driver exited the vehicle, he allegedly fired several more rounds, striking the victim in his abdomen. |

Hyland is accused of grabbing and pulling out Miller’s hair and hitting her in the face. The alleged physical altercation took place after a heated verbal exchange between the two. |

YANNIEL VILATO | Yanniel Vilato is facing charges of Attempted Murder, Assault, and other related crimes for the September 13th, 2014 strangulation of the mother of his child, Sachy Almanzar – Munoz. Vilato allegedly placed his hands around the victim’s neck and squeezed it, causing the victim to lose consciousness. The alleged attack was so severe that the victim is currently unable to see and suffers from brain damage, but has regained her ability to breathe on her own. |
