Reynolds, O.Justice Fabrizio Part 98 Possible Start of Trial	CHRISTIAN EMANUEL-WOMACK	Emanuel-Womack (A.K.A Cookie) is charged with 2^nd Degree Attempted Murder, 1^st and 2^ndDegree Assault and 2^nd Degree Criminal Possession of a Weapon for the January 13^th, 2013 shooting and wounding of a livery cab driver. He is accused of pulling a gun on the cab driver, shooting him in the shoulder. As the driver exited the vehicle, he allegedly fired several more rounds, striking the victim in his abdomen.
Gentile, N.Justice Rosado Part TP3 Motion Practice/Oral Arguments 10:00 am	KELLY HYLAND	Hyland, a fixture on Lifetime’s Dance Moms, is facing charges of 3^rd Degree Assault and 2^ndDegree Harassment for the November 24^th, 2013 attack of dance coach Abigale “Abby Lee” Miller. Hyland is accused of grabbing and pulling out Miller’s hair and hitting her in the face. The alleged physical altercation took place after a heated verbal exchange between the two.
Fasano Jr., R.Justice Boyle Part 94 Decision on Motions	YANNIEL VILATO	Yanniel Vilato is facing charges of Attempted Murder, Assault, and other related crimes for the September 13^th, 2014 strangulation of the mother of his child, Sachy Almanzar – Munoz. Vilato allegedly placed his hands around the victim’s neck and squeezed it, causing the victim to lose consciousness. The alleged attack was so severe that the victim is currently unable to see and suffers from brain damage, but has regained her ability to breathe on her own.
Valerio, R.Justice Boyle Part 94 Motion Practice	MARTIN MIGLIOZZI	Migliozzi is charged with 2^nd Degree Murder, 1^st Degree Manslaughter, and 4^th Degree Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the September 21^st 2014 death of his wife, Cynthia Migliozzi. Migliozzi is accused of stabbing his wife with a sword.
Dolan, M.Justice Iacovetta Part 96 Hearing and Trial	NOEL MARTINEZANGEL MONEGRO	Martinez is charged with 1^st Degree Manslaughter and 3^rd Degree Assault and Monegro is charged with 3rd Degree Assault for the June 19^th, 2014 University Heights death of Miguel Dircio Cabrera. Both Martinez and Monegro are accused of kicking the 41-year-old homeless man in the head as he slept on the steps of St. Nicholas of Tolentine Church.
Taylor, S.Justice Whiten Part FB Grand Jury Action/Possible Plea	MARK BUREAU	Bureau is charged with Grand Larceny, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, and Petit Larceny for allegedly stealing a ride-on steamroller from the owner of a liquor store on East Gun Hill Road where Bureau h06%;border:inset #E6D8AE 1.0pt;padding:0in 0in 0in 0in;height:57.75pt”>Bureau is charged with Grand Larceny, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, and Petit Larceny for allegedly stealing a ride-on steamroller from the owner of a liquor store on East Gun Hill Road where Bureau had stopped in. Bureau lives in Maine and allegedly took the steamroller back to Maine when he left the Bronx.

McElwreath, S.Justice Villegas Part SCA Possible Grand Jury Action	ERIK PEREZ	Perez is charged with 2^nd Degree Murder, 1^st Degree Manslaughter, and other offenses in the 2015 New Year’s Day death of his grandmother, Alice Durso, in Throggs Neck. Perez is accused of using a wooden bedpost to bludgeon the 87-year-old woman to death in her own home.

Hirsch, E.Justice Greenberg Part 95 Motion Practice	AUSTIN BABB	Babb is charged with 2^nd Degree Murder, 1^st Degree Assault and 2^nd Degree Criminal Possession of A Weapon after a month long trial in November of 2014 for the wild August 7^th, 2010 shooting at 1454 Grand Concourse. Babb is accused of killing 19-year-old Demetrius Jones and wounding three other individuals, including two other teenagers. The melee allegedly took place after both Babb and Jones had what was described by one witness as a “stare-down.” Press Release

Hellman, M.Judge Whiten Part FB Possible Grand Jury Action	EDWIN ROSADO	Rosado is facing charges of Leaving the Scene of an Accident without Reporting and Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drug for the alleged 2015 New Year’s Day hit and run of Shirlene Tillery at the intersection of Story Avenue & White Plains Road. Due to the serious injuries sustained by Tillery, the top charge against Rosado is a felony.
McGowan, J.Justice Whiten Part FB Possible Grand Jury Action	RICARDO MIRANDA	Miranda is facing charges of Rape, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and several counts of a Criminal Sexual Act for the July and November of 2014 sexual encounters he allegedly engaged in with a minor, who was also his sister.

Valerio, R.Justice Boyle Part 94 People Psych Evaluation	RICHARD BLOOMFIELD	Bloomfield is charged with 2nd Degree Murder and 1st Degree Manslaughter for the November 2012 death of Madonna Martin. Martin, a nursing student and an LPN at Columbia-Presbyterian had been displaced by Hurricane Sandy, and temporarily moved into co-worker Bloomfield’s Mott Haven apartment. The defendant is accused of strangling his roommate and leaving her body in a parked car.
Borgstedt, A.Justice Whiten Part FB Possible Grand Jury Action	VLADIMIR KRULL	NYPD Sergeant Krull is charged with several counts of Rape, Sexual Abuse, Forcible Touching, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and other related crimes for the September 2013 to February of 2015 sexual encounters he allegedly had with a minor.
