On Monday night, BronxTalk featured two city representatives talking about ‘The Jerome-Cromwell Study’, a city plan to create a new Bronx community on 73 blocks along Jerome Avenue. Host Gary Axlebank calls the proposed re-zoning a monumental project that stirs the imagination of forward-thinking Bronxites and at the same time heightens their concerns about self-determination.
