Pinkerton (a.k.a Spyder) pled guilty to Manslaughter 1 in April and Jeffrey (a.k.a Tab) pled guilty to Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2 and other related charges earlier this month and will be sentenced for the July 22nd, 2012 shooting death of 4-year-old Lloyd Christopher Morgan. Pinkerton and Jeffrey engaged in a gun battle with rival gang members on the playgrounds of the Forest Houses, resulting in the shooting of several people in the area, including the fatal wounding of the victim. |

Marcano, who was later promoted to detective and hailed as a hero by President Obama, was driving with his girlfriend when he observed a robbery in progress. The officer intervened and was shot in the chest. Shortly thereafter, Marcano happened upon the three suspects and fired several rounds, fatally wounding one of the men. |
