Members of local Bronx congregations and other faith-based community leaders are urged to attend and participate in developing strategies advancing the Ending the Epidemic HIV Initiative. More than one in three AIDS deaths in NYC are Bronx residents.
BOOM! Health came into being in 2013 with the merger of Bronx AIDS Services and CitiWide Harm Reduction which combined two already strong nonprofit organizations into an $11.3 mllion operation consolidating different but complementary services.
