The Peace Project – Album Release Concert, November 14

Simply Entertainment Productions, in conjunction with MAS, Inc, presents Minister Jose E. Figueroa, Jr.’s ‘The Peace Project’ gospel album release concert on Saturday, November 14, 7pm at the Latino Pastoral Action Center, 14 W. 170th Street in the Bronx, NY.

Jose_HiResThe concert will launch the long awaited debut album of gospel recording artist and the reigning Bronx Puerto Rican Day Parade King, Minister Jose E. Figueroa Jr. Minister Jose promises to deliver an amazing and inspiring performance like never before seen by Bronx gospel concertgoers. 

Figueroa’s soulful voice has left audiences around the world astonished and asking for more!

Figueroa, an ordained minister, began singing at the age of three, and at the age six, his musical journey began. “Ever since I was a child, I’ve wanted to impact, inspire, and ignite people!” he states. Rodriguez believes that it’s his anointed mission to simply make a difference and to selflessly offer a helping hand to those around him. His mantra is “Blessed to be a Blessing, Called to Make a Difference, Dedicated to Changing Lives.” 

The talented singer’s musical accomplishments include winning Amateur Night at the Apollo in August 2010, being a two-time McDonald’s Gospelfest Soloist Winner (May 2012/2014), starring in the national tour of the musical revue “Smokey Joe’s Café, and winning the $10 thousand grand prize in “Sing Your Way to the State Farm Freedom Friday Party” (2015).

Artie Rodriguez will emcee the concert which will feature special surprise guests. Concertgoers will be able to purchase Minister Jose’s new album. T-shirts and light refreshments will be on sale before and after the concert.
