Thursday, Nov 5,  7 PM
Rest in Peace: The History of Funerals in America, a talk by Nancy Coffey, a Professor at the American Academy McAllister Institute of Funeral Service and director of a Westchester funeral home.
 
Wed., Nov. 11, open regular hours, 9 to 5.  Veterans Day Commemoration
Join us for an 11 AM ceremony commemorating Veterans Day, followed by tours recalling the stories of soldiers buried in the historic cemetery.  At 1 PM, we offer a performance, and sing along, of songs that soldiers would have heard from the 18th to the 20th centuries.  A 2:30 PM talk explores the history and significance of Veterans Day.
 
Fri. Nov. 13, 3 PM
Our Friday afternoon series features a performance of music for clarinet and flute, from Sarah Lawrence College, with a talk about the history of St. Paul’s Church N.H.S.
 
Sat., Nov. 14, open from noon to 4 PM
At 1 PM, Professor Richard John of the Columbia University Journalism School explores the history of freedom of the press in America, amplifying a theme of the site’s current feature exhibit, “Intrigue on the Village Green: The Election of 1733 at St. Paul’s.” 
 
Fri., Nov. 20, 3 PM
Acclaimed organist Kathryn Jones performs on the 1830 Erben, one of the nation’s oldest working pipe organs.
