Lady Tigers in Need of Donor Support

The Lady Tigers need your help!
Short of the goal for their annual athletic retreat to Florida State University, the softball team is now calling upon Bronxites to rise to the occasion and assist the cause.
Comprised of ambitious young teenage girls from a variety of backgrounds, the team provides its members with an outlet, a means of positive and constructive expression. It is an escape for students who are subjected to the often times hostile conditions of an inner-city environment.
Spearheading the effort is Coach Christopher Astacio, is no stranger to crowdsourcing, as he has raised over $40,000 for his players in the past.
“This year we are trying to go back to Florida State University but finding it difficult to raise the money. No matter if we go or not, one thing I know for certain, these girls are my daughters and I will never give up on them,” said Astacio of the situation.
