The nomination period for the third annual NYC Neighborhood Library Awards is under way, and will continue through December 18.
These annual awards, made possible by a partnership between the Stavros Niarchos Foundation and Charles H. Revson Foundation, celebrate libraries from all five boroughs for their outstanding contributions to the neighborhoods they serve. Nominations are drawn directly from the users and the communities we engage with every day, which makes these awards very special.
This year, five winning libraries from across the city will receive a cash prize of $20,000 each, and five additional finalists will receive $10,000 each.
