Project Clemente on BronxTalk Tonight

‘PROJECT CLUB CLEMENTE’ ON BRONXTALK TONIGHT 

On Martin Luther King’s birthday, BronxTalk will celebrate the life, legacy, and commitment of another freedom fighter, ‘The Great One’, Roberto Clemente.

Project Club Clemente is a Bronx group that completed Clemente’s mission to Nicaragua ten years ago and they will talk with host Gary Axelbank about the next step in the legacy: bringing baseball equipment to Nicaraguan little leagues. Of course, they’ll also talk about Clemente and baseball, what he has meant to Puerto Ricans and all people who fight for equality, and a variety of other topics.

BronxTalk is seen live Monday nights at 9:00pm on BronxNet’s channel 67 and Fios 33. It is streamed live at Bronxnet.org.
