New York State Assembly Minority Leader Brian M. Kolb (R,C-Canandaigua) (right) met with former Buffalo Bills quarterback and National Football League Hall of Famer, Jim Kelly, on Tuesday at his office in the Capitol.
Kelly, who was in Albany discussing the daily fantasy sports industry, was recognized on the Assembly floor.
