Bronx foreclosures surge 47% in Q2

We’ve just finished compiling our Q2 2016 Foreclosure Report, covering first-time residential properties and wanted to share with you the results.

You can find out more in our blog post, but here are some of the key findings:

• The Bronx has reached an all-time high in terms of foreclosure numbers, with a 47% Y-o-Y surge
• Zip code 10473 registered 32 properties scheduled for auction making it the zip code with the highest foreclosure activity in the borough.
• Overall, first time auctions in NYC increased 33% compared to the 2^nd quarter of 2015 as 673 homes were scheduled for auction
