Man Wounded in Drive-by Shooting in Norwood

An unidentified 28 year-old man is recovering after being shot at least three times during a drive-by shooting.

Officials say the gunfire errupted at 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 1, when police say the victim was standing in front of 3572 Dekalb Avenue, when a black vehicle drove by and shots rang out.

The victim was transported to a local hospital in a civilian vehicle in serious, but stable condition. EMS reported that the victim was shot in the chest, pelvis and hand, but is expected to recover.

Police had no further description of the vehicle or the gunman. Detectives have not yet made and arrest, but the investigation continues.
