SHOOTOUT, CRASH LEAVES TWO INJURED…

Police continue to investigate the shooting that sent bullets flying across Webster Avenue on Sunday, March 26. Officers from the 52nd Precinct were called to the corner of East 198 Street and Webster Avenue at 7:15 a.m., where nearly a dozen shell casings were left after a gunman fired at four men sitting inside a red SUV parked on the corner.

The vehicle with the two wounded men, a 19 year-old male and a 35 year-old man apparently attempted to take them to the hospital, when they collided with a taxi near Webster Avenue.

Police have made no arrests, but continue to investigate the incident.
