Heat Advisory Warning For July 13

The National Weather Service has now issued a heat advisory that’s going to go all the way until 6 pm tomorrow. So, we’ve got temperatures in the low 90’s, but there will be times when it feels like 100 degrees, or more. And so, this is the chance to remind everyone – please spread the word – stay hydrated, stay indoors if you can, check on your neighbors, particularly seniors.

We will have, tomorrow, cooling centers open. If anyone’s – their apartment’s too hot, their building is too hot, they need someplace to go, they can call 3-1-1 and get to a cooling center. So – hopefully only until tomorrow evening, but please spread the word.
