Senator Klein to Establish “Cease & Desist Zones” for Homeowners Receiving Unwanted Real Estate Solicitations

Attention: All homeowners receiving unwanted real estate solicitations!

We are currently within a 45-day public comment period on the reestablishment of a “Cease & Desist Zones” across The Bronx and Queens.

If you’re a homeowner in Throggs Neck, Waterbury-La Salle or elsewhere who want the constant mailing of real estate solicitations to stop, please submit all evidence to Senator Klein’s office as soon as possible at the below address.

Senator Klein will then forward your solicitations to the New York Department of State, urging the agency to expand the current proposed cease and desist zone.
