Chairman Crowley on U.S. District Court Decision to Block President Trump’s Third Muslim Travel Ban

(Queens, N.Y.) – House Democratic Caucus Chairman Joe Crowley (D-NY) issued the following statement after a U.S. District Court judge in Hawaii blocked the third iteration of President Trump’s Muslim Ban:

“The courts have once again confirmed that President Trump’s Muslim Ban is unconstitutional and un-American. This latest ruling proves that no matter how many times the White House attempts to rewrite the Muslim Ban, it remains a misguided and hateful policy that undermines America’s global standing and will put our national security at risk.”
