Bronx, NY (August 13, 2018) – Planet Fitness, one of the largest and fastest-growing franchisors and operators of fitness centers in the U.S. and home of the Judgement Free Zone®, today announced its ninth location in Bronx, NY. The club opened its doors on July 17th and is located at 1370 Jerome Ave (at Jerome & E. 170th Street).
Planet Fitness is celebrating the opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Wednesday, August 15th at 4pm.The event will include pizza and giveaways. The new Planet Fitness is 17,000sq. feet and will offer state of the art cardio machines with individual TVs and strength equipment, 30-Minute Express Circuit, fully equipped locker rooms with day lockers and showers, HydroMassage loungers*, massage chairs*, tanning beds, a Total Body Enhancement booth*, and more. The facility is opened and staffed 24 hours a day, Monday throughFriday and 7am to 7pm Saturday and Sunday.
