Some highlights:
* Open Book at the Library – Our monthly guide to the library for adults 50 years and older–with refreshments! This month’s topic of interest will be The Great American Songbook, and our special guest expert will be local musician Joe Sherman. Thursday, February 6 at 1:30 pm.
* Health Care Information & Enrollment Session – A trained navigator will be presenting information about the Affordable Care Act (“Obamacare”) and helping consumers and small business owners to enroll in a health plan. Thursday, February 13 at 5 pm
.
* Free Tax Preparation – Tax preparers will continue to be on site every Monday until April 14 (except for the library closure on February 17) offering free assistance preparing individual tax returns (including for the self-employed). Appointments can be made in person or by calling the Library at 718-829-5864.
* Plus all of our regular story time, craft, science, book discussion, computer and gaming programs!
