The Bronx Chamber of Commerce is hosting its Second Annual African Heritage Celebration later today and will honor Council Member and former Assemblywoman Vanessa Gibson, among others, at a luncheon at F & J Pine Tavern at 11:30 a.m.

“I am honored to be receiving the Leadership Award! My first honor for the year on behalf of the 16th District!,” said the Councilwoman on Tuesday.
