Sen. Ruben Diaz is currently holding a “Prayer Rally for Justice” and news conference this morning in response to the sexual assault of a Manhattanville Health Care Center resident who can’t speak, to coincide with defendant Nanic Aidasani’s court hearing at the Bronx Supreme Court.

The 64-year old victim who was assaulted in a Bronx nursing home by an employee. The defendant, a 42 year old licensed nurse practitioner , has been accused of raping the nursing home resident last month.
The senator will be joined by Sanford Rubenstein, senior partner of the Brooklyn law firm Rubenstein & Rynecki, as well as New York Hispanic Clergy Organization members Criminal Term, 265 E. 161st St., the Bronx.
