We Bronxites love our pasta. We do have the nation’s greatest pasta factory right here in Belmont— Borgatti’s Ravioli and Egg Noodles. (Check out their sweet new website here.) But I’ll tell you one thing I’ve never heard of in our neck of the woods…..bacon egg and cheese ravioli? Wha wha whaaaa????? Check out this segment on ABC’s “The Chew.” I have to get pasta artist Christopher Borgatti on this…. maybe call it “The Casa D’Oro Ravioli”? (inside Pelham Gardens joke, folks….We have a legendary bacon, egg and cheese artist in our community.)
