Update On Efforts To Establish A Bronx Animal Shelter

Animal rights activist and Community Board 11 member Bernadette Ferarra updated the community at last nights Board meeting on the ongoing process to establish and fund a no-kill shelter for animals in our borough, responding to significant feral cat communities in the East Bronx.
