With the forecast calling for heavy rains over the next few days in NYC, and the good folks at DEP would like to urge homeowners, merchants and commercial property managers to keep catch basin grates clear of litter and debris in order to maintain proper drainage. Also, please call 311 to report any  clogged catch basins or roadway flooding conditions.
