The impending redevelopment of our Armory as the Kingsbridge National Ice Center and our 99-year Community Benefits Agreement present a host of opportunities and challenges. Please join us to create a Plan of Action to bring benefits to fruition and address potential threats, such as rising rents for local businesses and residents.
This Townhall is the first Kingsbridge Armory Redevelopment Alliance (KARA) meeting since the close of CBA negotiations, and is open to all Bronx residents, CBA signatories, and KARA stakeholders. NWBCCC affiliates are encouraged to attend and bring interested members.
