As Fordham Road evolves , coming changes proposed by the Fordham Road BID outline a complete overhaul is Fordham Plaza, bringing the Bronx’s largest shopping district new and modern amenities to entice and entertain shoppers.
The process should take approximately two years to complete.
Along with the new developments, shoppers can expect lush new greenspaces, new storefronts, a Farmer’s Market, and an event space for concerts and movies.
