I have been advised the arraignment is happening tonight.
Subway pusher suspect KEVIN DARDEN (Arrest #B14681497) will still be arraigned in Criminal Court, Bronx County (215 E. 161st Street) – but as to exact time…I cannot at the moment predict.
The arraignment parts break for dinner, generally, between 9 and 10pm. The arraignment could happen before or after then, depending upon the Court’s schedule.
The scheduling in the arraignment part is one of the factors beyond the Bronx DA’s control – there are no guarantees.
Despite all that, here’s the boilerplate: It’s always subject to change.
