JASON POLANCO and JOSHUA KEMP, facing charges in the shooting of two New York City police officers, will be arraigned in Criminal Court in the Bronx later today.
The arraignments will not take place until this afternoon at the earliest (after 2pm) – and possibly not until night court — in either case, Part AR1, Criminal Court, 215 East 161st Street (Part AR3 if night court after 5pm – same courtroom, different designation).
We cannot pinpoint, at this time, the exact time of the arraignment. I will, however, update you in a couple of hours, when we can give you a more accurate window.
