DALE ROBERTSON Robertson is charged with two counts of 2nd Degree Murder for the November 15th, 2006 asphyxiation death of Stacey Inman. Inman’s body was found stuffed in a garbage bag near Rosewood Park. Inman, a 24-year-old nursing student, was pregnant at the time of her death.

NASEAN BONIE Bonie is charged with Murder in the 2nd Degree and Manslaughter in the 1st Degree for the July 31st, 2012 disappearance and alleged killing of Ramona Moore. Bonie, the superintendent of Moore’s Claremont building, was reportedly heard arguing with Moore prior to her disappearance.  Moore’s body was never found.

OCTAVIO RIVERA Rivera faces up to 25 years to life behind bars following a conviction at trial for Assault in the 1st Degree for the August 2012 knife attack that seriously wounded Walter Romaine, in a dispute over drugs and money.  Because this is Rivera’s sixth violent felony, BXDA will move to have him sentenced at a higher level, under provisions of the NYS Penal Law.  Romaine and fellow crack abuser Flossey Samuels entered drug rehabilitation programs and have since made remarkable turn-arounds in their lives.

CRAIG WHITEFIELD AND ALONZO JOHNSON Whitefield (aka ‘Jungle’) and Johnson (aka ‘Boogie’) are to be sentenced following convictions forMurder in the 2nd Degree, Manslaughter in the 1st Degree, Robbery in the 1st Degree, Robbery in the 2nd Degree, and two counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 2nd Degree in the April 2012 robbery and murder of Jose Andujar and on two counts of Robbery in the 1st Degree and one count of Robbery in the 2nd Degree for the robbery of Angel Mangual. Both incidents took place in the Edenwald Houses, the largest NYCHA development in the Bronx.

Tremont Avenue in order to steal the woman’s cellphone, the incident caught on video.

STEPHEN BOLT Bolt is charged with Murder in the 2nd Degree and Manslaughter in the 1st Degree for killing his girlfriend, Dawn Monaco. Bolt allegedly left her body in his Soundview apartment for five days and later confessed to the killing on a phone call to 911.  Bench trial.

MARCO MOSSO Mosso is to be sentenced on promoting a sexual performance by a child, a class D felony, to which he pled guilty in December 2014. A search warrant executed on Mosso’s apartment resulted in the discovery of child pornography on his computer, which he shared with other users through a file-sharing program. He faces 2 to 6 years in jail.
