Some highlights:
* Homework Help – Starting in February, homework help is now available for students in grades 1-7 twice a week. Pre-registration is required. Every Monday and Wednesday at 3:30 pm.
* Cuentalo En Espanol (Bilingual Story Hour) – Songs, stories, and dance help children develop their language skills in both Spanish and English. For children aged 0-12. 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month at 11:30 am.
* Celebratin’ Children – Stories about children in Haiti, China, and Africa with master storyteller Luann Adams. For children aged 5 and older. Tuesday, February 10 at 3:30 pm.
* Manga Drawing Workshop – Learn how to draw manga comic books. All materials will be provided. For teens. Tuesday, February 24 at 3:30 pm.
* Curso de Finanzas para Latinos – Tips and techniques for managing your finances, taught in Spanish. For adults. Saturday, February 28 at 2 pm.
* Plus all of our regular story time, craft, science, book discussion, movie, computer and gaming programs!
All NYPL locations will be closed in observance of Presidents Day on Monday, February 16.
