Los Serranos Celebrate Black History Month

Congressman Jose E. Serrano (NY/15) and NYS Senator Jose M. Serrano ask Bronxites to join them as they celebrate the legacy of African American Leaders on Tuesday, February 24, 2015 from 10am to 1pm at The Bronx Museum of the Arts, 1040 Grand Concourse (Between 165th & 166th Streets) The Bronx, NY 10456.
