JOSEPH JUNKOVIC | Junkovic pled guilty in November of 2014 to 2nd and 3rd Degree Criminal Tax Fraud, 1st Degree Offering a False Instrument for Filing and 1st Degree Falsifying Business Records and will be sentenced to one to three years behind bars for failing to pay nearly $150,000 dollars in personal income taxes between 2008 and 2011. Junkovic, who ran two organizations geared to assisting cancer patients, skipped out on filing several NYS tax returns and failed to report the income he collected from the organizations on the returns he did file during the three year period.
