Now that Hillary Clinton has jumpstarted her quest for the Democratic presidential nomination with cross-country listening tour aboard her “Scooby” van to Iowa and other early primary states, The Bronx Chronicle relaunches our popular Bronx Pets section with — who else, Scooby.
