BronxTalk Tonight: City Council Speaker Mark-Viverito

COUNCIL SPEAKER ON BRONXTALK – Tonight the Speaker of the City Council, Melissa Mark-Viverito, will be the guest on BronxTalk. The councilmember from the 8th Council District, which includes part of the south Bronx, will talk with host Gary Axelbank about a range of crime and policing issues, including the notion of decriminalizing low-level crimes, policing reforms, and the request for 1,000 more cops, as well as Bronx developments, including the Harlem River waterfront, Jerome Avenue Study, FreshDirect relocation subsidies, and housing. BronxTalk is hosted by Gary Axelbank and is seen live Monday nights at 9:00pm on BronxNet’s channel 67 and Fios 33.
