May 15th Mental Health Conference on Veterans Issues

On May 15th 2015, The Joint Jacobi Medical Center and North Central Bronx Hospital Community Advisory Boards hosted their fifth annual Mental Health Conference.  This year’s conference focused on “Combating Veterans Issues” and featured a variety of speakers who addressed the challenges our heroes face when they arrive home. The topics discussed included homelessness, suicide and post-traumatic stress disorder.
