DCAS Monthly Exam Schedule

If you’ve time and a modest application fee and it’s a day other than Sunday, you can probably drop in today to take a civil service test.

During the month of June, interested New Yorkers can take civil service exams for NYPD police officer, school safety agent, traffic enforcement agent and environmental police officer. The exams are given Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM.
