On Thursday, August 27, 2015, Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz Jr., in collaboration with the New York City Parks Commissioner Mitchell J. Silver, hosted a ribbon cutting and free movie night at the newly constructed Amphitheater in Soundview Park.
