Jill Clockadale, On Site Administrator for the Pelham Grand, has announced that the Pelham Grand’s landlord Moujan Vahdat will be hosting a pre-holiday dinner for the community this Friday night.
Starting at 6 p.m., this pre-holiday dinner is free to everyone. The point of the dinner is to give tenants, neighbors, community members, and community leaders the opportunity to mingle as well as giving them a chance to get to know each other.
In making the announcement Jill said. “In the spirit of the upcoming holiday season, Moujan Vahdat and family are hosting a dinner for residents and guests of the Pelham Grand. Staff and residents are looking forward to a good meal in a comfortable community setting.”
This community event follows on the heels of a BBQ this past summer and a community clean up in September.
Moujan Vahdat bought the five-story building at 1870 Pelham Parkway South in 2006. He has long been recognized for his business skills, philanthropy and being committed to the communities he serves.
