Silver Alert issued 10/28/15 at 12:33 AM. NYPD has issued a Silver Alert in regards to the disappearance of Nestor Rodriguez, an 86-year-old Hispanic male from the area of East Tremont Avenue and Washington Avenue in the Bronx. He was last seen at approximately 7:00 PM on 10/13, wearing blue jeans, a striped shirt, and black shoes. He is described as being 5’8″ tall and 110lbs.
