AMBER Alert issued 12/1/15 at 4:46 PM. The NYPD has issued an AMBER Alert for the abduction of Rebecca Valenzuela, a 3-year-old Hispanic female from The Bronx. She is described as being 2′ 6″ tall and 30lbs with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen at approximately 1:00 PM when she was reportedly abducted in the area of Perry Avenue, BX, by the suspect, Diomedes Valenzuela, a 47-year-old Hispanic male with bald hair and brown eyes. He is approximately 6’1″ tall and 270lbs. They may be operating a 2004 silver Dodge Caravan with NJ license plate number K24ECS.
